A few weeks ago, Matt wasn't feeling too well. He got to the point where it hurt to literally breath and was taken to the hospital. At the hospital, he was admitted for septic pneumonia and discharged shortly after... WELL, that was way too early, and not the correct diagnosis. Matt's health became way worse and he went to a different hospital (for hopefully better care/correct diagnosis) and ended up needing surgery, and tubes have been installed, so that he can begin to get better. He finally feels like he has the care he initially needed. Matt will be in the hospital for another week, then 6 or more weeks of recovery at home complete with visiting nurses (sponge bath anyone??)
Obviously, this is as unexpected as it gets. Matt is the sole provider for the family enabling Kelli to stay home with the kids. They are well budgeted but still live paycheck to paycheck. They are already weeks behind because of this and really trying to not get into a hole they can't get out of.
I'm not asking for much, but if you have anything that can just help them get through this patch. Matt has always been a hardworking guy, doing everything he can to keep his family comfortable. Thank you in advance.
