For those that know Michelle (Matthews) Irvin, we all know how wonderful of a person she truly is. Michelle has written (AL.com) so many stories about some of the most amazing people, seen and wrote about some of the most impressive homes, and done everything she can to write about how much she loves her hometown of Mobile, AL. In 2015, Michelle's dream came true when she married Matt, the man she had a crush on for many years. In February of 2021, they received the awful news that Matt had a brain tumor on his left temporal lobe. Matt had surgery to remove the tumor the following day. Since that February, their life has been focused on ensuring that the tumor doesn't come back. Through it all, Michelle has continued to bring the most amazing things to her readers, been there for her true love, taken care of two kids (including one in college), and has always been most amazing friend. One of Matt's dreams is to take a road trip to see the open roads and all of the stars at night, and her friends would like to help her make Matt's dream come true. A road trip down Route 66, through the deserts of the West. We are asking those that know Michelle and Matt to donate, no matter how small, so that Matt can take the trip of his dreams.
