Hi all!

A bit about what's going on: a series of events have led me to need some help figuring out my next steps. As a contractor/freelancer, my work relies on on-time payment from clients; sadly, that's not been the case. As I've waited on funds to be paid out from work I completed in October and November 2024, my financial situation has snowballed and left me very little wiggle room.

My immediate need to get out of my current housing situation has been brought on by several factors, but with very little wiggle room to break my lease, getting out is impossible without some assistance. I'm raising funds to be able to break my lease and move my belongings out to a storage unit in Pittsburgh, where I'll be moving back in the fall to finish my MFA in Costume Production at Carnegie Mellon University after a 2-year hiatus. Luckily, I have housing figured out until then.

Any small bit is helpful to me as I try to work and afford getting out of an untenable situation.
