Hi my name is Theresia Mustaikes. My son is Matt Ballesteros. Matt's ex fiance left the state with his girls. Only leaving a note stating why she left. She also planned this departure after she planned on getting $11,000.00 tax return that she and Matt agreed to split. Matt had always filed his tax return claiming the children, this was the first year it was different. Melodee and Scarlett were gone for 224 days. Their mother would not allow regular phone calls with the girls. She stated she would block Matt if he called her phone. Matt asked when he would get to see Melodee and Scartlett, her reply was 'I will decide if and when you'll see the girls again'. She allienated the kids from their father, trying to remove him from their thoughts.

The court ordered their mother to return, Melodee and Scarlett to Nebraska. They are back and Matt is over joyed to spend time with them again. However the fight to keep them in Nebraska is not over. Melodee and Scarlett are his life. No father should have to go 224 days without seeing his children.

I am asking for help for Matt to pay attorney expenses. He has already had to pay thousands of dollars in attorney fees.
