It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Matt Hughes on June 14, 2025. As his children were not prepared for this loss and the accompanying funeral costs, I’ve created a GoFundMe to help cover expenses for crematory costs and transport.

Matt's two eldest children lost their mother a 4 years ago and are only 22 and 21. His other two children are minors and are not in a place to contribute. These kids are completely devastated at the loss of their father.

If you’re able to contribute or share the fundraiser within the community, it would mean a great deal. Should we meet our goal, any additional funds will be used to purchase urns, any other costs and to have a memorial in his home state of Arkansas so his family there can have closure.
