Myself and Matt are nearing the day of our wedding in the next few months, and we’re so thrilled! It’s going to be a small, quaint wedding, but what with both of us just starting our new careers, we are in need of some help… We’ve already covered the venue and whatnot, and we are saving up as much as we can in the meantime; but would love a boost when it comes to other funds. Consider this our financial gift “registry” of sorts
In addition to other wedding costs like food, favours, and a small honeymoon (roughly $1,500 CAD), we are also seeking funds for:
- the necessary visa paperwork for me to properly and legally enter and remain in the US (which will cost approximately $800 US (approximately $1,100 CAD))
- moving expenses and building a small financial cushion that will give us time to get settled (the remaining $2400 CAD or so).
