36055168_1547053300899642_r.jpegOn Monday January 7th 2019 around 9pm my dad was hit by a drunk driver who traveled in the opposite direction of the freeway into oncoming traffic and struck him on his front driver side. He is now in extremely critical condition, majority of his ribs are broken/cracked. His shoulder/clavicle are broken. His jaw & cheek bone on the left side of his face is completely shattered and the right side has cracks as well. He also had some bleeding in his brain and a collapsed lung due to the impact. He was airlifted to Santa Rosa memorial hospital. He will be needing surgery to put his jaw back together and has a long, lonnnngggg road to recovery.

My fathers car was unfortunately the only running car that we have, me & my dad are insured licensed drivers, but the other driver is not. So now me and my son are left carless due to somebody's stupid actions that almost cost my fathers life.

And now while my dad recovers I will have to take care of everything at our home (finances, chores, childcare, etc) and I just began my new part time job at a little local restaurant where we live in Willits. So my finances are very slim at the moment.

This is just a nightmare that me and my family are going through this. Anything at all, prayers or donations is greatly appreciated. God bless.

And please, drive safely.

Last Wednesday my dad got all the wirings and screws taken out of his jaw! This morning he got his PIC Line removed and doctors have been discussing his discharge plan and plans on removing his Trach, it’s looking like very very soon! Also my dad had developed C-Diff for a few weeks, but since having a medical procedure to attempt to clear it up about a week and a half ago, he has since shown no signs of it! ❤️

UpdatMy dad was able to get his wires taken off two fridays ago! He now has rubber bands so he can begin to exercise his jaw a little bit. And two weeks ago, doctors found another broken/fractured bone in his right hand. Doctors are beginning to discuss the options for when he is able to be released ( still is a bit up in the air with no set date yet in place ) but will be soon! Looking like at at least one more month, just depends on how well he continues to progress! Yay

I also ask to please keep my step father in prayers/well wishes. Last Wednesday he accidentally fell off a roof while working. He broke a few ribs and ruptured his spleen. He was air lifted to SR Memorial  for emergency surgery ( same hospital my father was at ) he is still there, but will be back home very soon this week!

And one more special announcement, last Saturday the 23rd was my dad and my sons (Leo's) birthday! Yupp birthday twins!

Once again, thank you all for your continued prayers, well wishes and love for my family.

God bless you all ❤️
