Matt and his family are facing an unimaginable loss after an apartment fire displaced them from their home. Matt and Veronica, a young couple who recently welcomed their baby earlier this year, have been working long hours and doing everything they can to build a stable, happy life for their family. In an instant, that progress was shaken. They lost much of their possessions in the fire, and heartbreakingly, their two cats did not make it out. For a family already living paycheck to paycheck, this tragedy has created an overwhelming setback during such an important season of their lives. We know sometimes people are able to donate items as well and to this end you can see a list of needs here…

This fundraiser is to help Matt, Veronica, and their family with the immediate and practical needs ahead. Donations will help cover temporary accommodations while they find a safe place to stay, give them options for securing a new apartment through first month’s rent and security deposits, and help them begin replacing basic belongings like furniture and household goods. Any support would mean so much to Matt and Veronica as they work to recover and rebuild after this fire. If you are able to give, please know that anything you can spare will go a long way for this appreciative young family. Thank you for keeping them in your thoughts and for helping them move forward.
