Help Mathew Rains and Family in Crisis

Hello, Everyone knows my husband Mathew Rains !! He is 40 years old, he used to be a Supervisor of a DME company for several years and before that he delivered oxygen and hazardous materials to people's homes and companies. He worked his whole life to support his family and he did a great job! Now he is suffering and he needs help from his friends and family. Matt was admitted to Cleveland Clinic in Akron a week and a half ago due to levels being toxic and he was also in sepsis shock as well. He did code a few times and he had to be put on life support until they could get his levels stable. He was placed on a ventilator for several days and he fought and fought and then he was able to come off of it. His levels were stable and he was able to come home for a few days. After 5 days He spiked a fever and then was in the same severe condition he was in previously. Right now he is at the hospital again and he stopped breathing so he was put on a ventilator again and that is all we know for right now. He cannot breathe on his own. We are struggling as a family because I am missing work and not getting paid. I do not have any more FMLA and I have no PTO so any time I take off no income is coming in. We are a family of five and have a house and Bills we need help with. We do not get food or housing assistance. I would like to reach out to everybody in this time of need and please help us in any way you can if it's not financially, prayers, food, support, anything.
