Ayuda a Maryky a salvar su carro y seguir.

Desde que mi madre murió en 2023, no he logrado recuperarme del todo. Me levanto un poco, me caigo, me enderezo otra vez… y vuelvo al suelo.

Ayudar siempre ha sido parte de quién soy. He estado ahí para amigos y para animalitos durante toda mi vida. Pedir ayuda para mí no es natural.

Hoy estoy en el piso.

Mi carro está en riesgo de reposición. Cada mañana miro hacia afuera, con miedo y vergüenza, para ver si aún sigue ahí. Sin él, no puedo subsistir ni seguir buscando trabajo.

Estoy desempleada desde septiembre. He buscado trabajo de manera constante y activa, pero el tiempo se me agotó. Un amigo me dijo que intentara GoFundMe. Mi primera reacción fue no. Eso es algo que yo haría por otros, no por mí. Pero hoy no puedo levantarme sola.

Help Maryky Save Her Car and Keep Going

Since my mother passed away in 2023, I haven’t fully recovered. I get up a little, fall back down, steady myself, and fall again. That’s been my reality.

Helping others has always been part of who I am. I’ve been there for friends and for animals my entire life. Asking for help for myself doesn’t come naturally.

Right now, I’m at the bottom.

My car is at risk of repossession. Every morning, I look outside, with fear and embarrassment, to see if it’s still there. Without it, I can’t survive or continue looking for work.

I’ve been unemployed since September and have been actively and consistently searching for work, but time has run out. A friend suggested I try GoFundMe. My first reaction was no—that’s something I would do for others, not for myself. But right now, I can’t get back up on my own.

Even a small amount of help can make a real difference right now.
