Help MaryEllen and Connor Rebuild After Devastating Fire

My name is Shawna a resident of Simsbury, CT. Today my best friend and her 14-year-old son tragically lost their home in a devastating fire. Luckily MaryEllen, Connor and their 2 dogs, Milo a 3-year-old rescue & 3-month-old dog Ellie were able to get out intime. Unfortunately, her sons pet fish did not make it. As a single mother MaryEllen has worked hard for everything she owned and providing the best for her son Connor. Today they were left with nothing but the clothing on their backs. With no place to go and school starting in less than a week I am hoping we can come together as a community to help them ease some of the burden they now have with finding a place to stay as their home was condemned and provide funds for clothing and meals.
