Having been out of work for an extended period, I am now facing the very real possibility of being locked out of my home by Sunday, April 5th. The stress of not being able to pay my rent has been overwhelming, and I am desperately searching for a safe place to go—not just for myself, but for my beloved pets, Rosie (my loyal Yellow Labrador Retriever) and Boo Boo (my sweet cat). They are my family, and keeping us together is my top priority.

The funds raised here will go directly toward securing a pet-friendly place to stay, whether that's a hotel or a room in someone's home. I also need help covering moving expenses, storage for my belongings, and those extra costs that come with sudden transitions, like security deposits and other incidentals. Every bit of support will help us stay safe and together during this difficult time.

I'm starting this fund at the suggestion of my fellow Make-Up and Hairstylists in Local 706, and I am so grateful to my professional community. I know that many of us are facing hardships with the lack of work, but as I go through this process, I am finding so much love and support from my peers. I truly believe that with your help, I will get through this, and I look forward to the day I can give back to this fantastic community!
