Mary Puppins was rescued at just 4 weeks old. She was found frozen to the street with her sibling last winter off of 18th Street in Bessemer. Mary Puppins is sweetest girl and is more than just our pet—she’s a beloved member of our family who brings joy and comfort to everyone she meets. Last night, our world was turned upside down when she was hit by a car and rushed to the Emergency Veterinary Hospital. The veterinarians have diagnosed her with a traumatic brain injury and pulmonary contusion, and she will need several expensive tests and treatments to give her the best chance at recovery.
The costs for emergency care are overwhelming, and we want to do everything possible to help Mary Puppins heal and come back home. Every dollar raised will go directly toward her hospital bills, tests, and ongoing treatment. Your support will make a real difference in her journey to recovery and bring hope to our family during this difficult time.
We are so grateful for any help you can offer, whether it’s a donation or sharing Mary Puppins’ story with others. Thank you for being part of her healing and for showing how much love and kindness exists in our community.
