Our dearest friend, teacher, colleague, and amazing human being, Mary Burns is in need of your help.

For the past few months, Mary has been in constant indescribable pain. She's been experiencing a constant headache with searing pain, like a migraine. Though the symptoms match, she doesn't have a migraine.

Doctors have diagnosed Mary with an inflamed nerve in her neck that needs surgery.

Unable to eat for the last 5-6 days, she has lost of a lot of weight as well as track of time, until a dear friend brought her some food to eat.

Mary will be undergoing an operation. I created this GoFundMe so that everyone who cares for her - former students, colleagues, friends, and any family, can help pitch in so that we can raise $5,000 to help cover her medical costs for the operation and recovery.
