Hello everyone, my name is Rita, and I’m raising funds for my sister, Mary, who is just 25 years old.

Mary suffered a massive stroke on the 8th of April that rendered her unconscious for days and caused loss of function in her entire right side. This has been very devastating and heartbreaking for our family, as Mary had no pre-existing condition to explain why this happened. After initial brain surgery, she is now fighting to speak, move, and get to the next phase to allow the doctors to carry out the critical skull surgery and continue with her medical care. The entire process has been very traumatic for my family, but we are grateful for how far she has come.
