Hi, my name is Jamie Davidson, and I’m raising funds for my amazing mom, Mary Jane Miller.
On June 30, 2025, my mom had to undergo a life-changing leg amputation due to complications from vascular disease. She has been in the hospital since June 4 and is currently in rehab working hard every day to recover and adapt to this new reality.
As a single parent, my mom has always put me first—working hard and making sacrifices to keep us going. But now, she’s the one who needs help. Her home is not currently safe or accessible for her return. There are critical repairs and modifications needed to make her home wheelchair-friendly and to help her heal both physically and emotionally in a place that’s her own.
We are hoping to raise $10,000 or more to:
Remove a large tree in the backyard that’s causing roof damage
Replace damaged gutters and downspouts
Repair holes in the ceiling and paint the interior
Fix her front porch for safety and stability
Replace furniture we had to remove for wheelchair access
Purchase a kitchen table and other essentials
Make necessary home modifications for handicap accessibility
This support would mean the world to our family. Bringing my mom home to a safe, comfortable, and accessible environment is vital to her recovery. Every dollar, share, or prayer truly helps.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read our story. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers as we begin this new chapter.
With love and gratitude,
Jamie Davidson
