My name is Mary, and just one month ago, my life changed in ways I never expected. After a sudden fall beside my bed, I was rushed to the hospital, only to learn that I had cancer. The diagnosis came as a complete shock, and since then, the hospital bills have been overwhelming. I never imagined I would be facing this kind of challenge at this stage in my life.

The funds raised here will help me cover the mounting hospital bills, the cost of pain medication, and the extremely high expense of being transported by helicopter to the hospital. Last year, I underwent breast cancer surgery, but unfortunately, not all of the cancer was removed. It has now spread to my spine, leaving me in constant pain and needing strong pain pills every 7 to 8 hours. Every day is a struggle, but I am doing my best to stay hopeful and keep fighting.

I thought I had more birthdays coming in the future, and I want to thank everyone who donates to help me with my cancer bills. I have worked since I was 15 years old and am grateful for the life I've enjoyed. At 69, I truly believed I had more years ahead.
