Please help me, Marvin Lee Hake, keep the music playing. I am a professional trumpet player in the Kansas City metro area, featured as lead trumpet in the Kansas City Gospel Big Band, music director and trumpeter in Royal Brass at the Kansas City Renaissance Festival, trumpeter for a dozen or more musical pit orchestras in Kansas City, College Church of the Nazarene and Colonial Presbyterian Church Orchestras, as well as cornetist for De Soto and Free State Brass Bands. I am in need of a hybrid denture/implant in order to keep playing. Recently, my upper front tooth broke off, making it nearly impossible to play at a professional level that I and the music directors and band leaders are accustomed to. While searching for a dentist who understood the challenges a brass player faces concerning his teeth, another tooth broke off.

After exhausting insurance coverage and personal funds, I find myself short of being able to cover the medical costs of this procedure.
