Someone Deviously Licked Marv’s Scooter :(

Hi, my name is Marv and I’m a student at UIC. At 1:40pm I locked my electric scooter outside my classroom. I had to lock in for a midterm at the Academic Residential Complex. After getting deviously licked on my mid term, I find out my scooter was deviously licked from me while I was in class. I’m just a broke college student trying to navigate my day to day tasks. My scooter helps me tremendously to get around campus, and get to my internship 2 miles away downtown. I can’t afford a new scooter right now so I’m just asking for a little help until I can afford a new one
