Help Martyn & Melrose Rebuild Their Honeymoon Dreams.

Ten days ago, Martyn was rushed into hospital with sepsis, a life threatening infection that almost took his life. Since then, he has already been through two surgeries, with one more attempt sadly failing, and he is still fighting hard every day to recover.

This month was supposed to be one of the happiest times of Martyn and his wife, Melrose’s, lives their honeymoon. Instead of boarding a plane, they’ve been facing hospital corridors, surgery rooms, and the uncertainty of what each day will bring. The money they saved and put towards their honeymoon has now been lost, with the airline refusing to reimburse them. On top of this, Martyn is unable to work and is losing income daily, leaving them with no savings to plan another honeymoon in the future.

They are not asking for charity. What Martyn and Melrose are hoping for is simply the chance to have something beautiful to look forward to once Martyn is strong enough to leave hospital. A honeymoon to replace the one they lost would give them both hope, motivation, and a reminder that brighter days are ahead.
