We are reaching out for help on behalf of Marty, who has been battling serious health issues. He was recently diagnosed with stage 4 liver cirrhosis and is now also being treated for sepsis. Marty has been out of work for the past few months and unfortunately has no health insurance.

We are trying to get him home care and apply for Social Security benefits, but so far we've been unable to secure any assistance. In the meantime, the medical bills, rent, and basic living expenses are piling up.
