Help Marty Overcome Medical and Housing Crisis

My name is Marty Miller. I am an Army veteran reaching out to my friends, family, and people around the world to meet a seemingly insurmountable challenge. I had a medical emergency with a GI tract bleed/internal bleeding, and right side chronic heart failure. After many day being very sick in my apartment I managed to call an ambulance. It took all my strength that I had left. Soon after I arrived to the hospital, I was flown by helicopter to Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota for advanced care. I was intubated and put into intensive care. I was immediately given medications with life saving blood transfusions as I had lost nearly 3 units of blood.

While in intensive care unable to read, write, or respond, my landlord evicted me from my apartment. Their reason was blood on surfaces and flooring in the apartment . I had been very sick for many days and not coherent from loss of blood and fluids.

Medical treatments, physical therapy, medications, apartment with court costs, moving, storage, and living expenses are completely overwhelming and far beyond what I could ever afford. Your donations will be used for the eviction, legal costs, CT scans, blood transfusions, IV’s, medications, physical therapy, transitional care, apartment, moving, new apartment, storage and more. The cost of these expenses is in the tens of thousands of dollars. I’m hoping God willing, to be able with you, to raise enough to pay for it all.
