One person can start a movement, but with the help of others, we can come together and make an impact as we help someone by changing their life.

Martha can brighten your day with a smile, and now she needs our help. Although she is on a fixed income, she did not hesitate to help others. I'm asking for help because Martha is going through a tough time right now. Last night, she had excruciating pain . What we thought was gas turned out to be a bowel blockage. Her husband had to call 911. I know that seeing your loved one taken to the hospital in an ambulance can be a hard thing to do. The worst part is the ambulance was going from hospital to hospital to see who was available to take her. I know that the charges are already racking up, just in the ambulance ride alone!

Now she is having several tests done to see if they can flush out the bowels that are blocked while at the same time the doctors are trying to keep her blood pressure down and trying to alleviate the pain in her body. They are saying she has sepsis because of the blockage and they are trying to run these tests to avoid surgery. She has been moved to another floor so they can monitor her closely. The surgeon just came in and said she needs surgery.

So I'm here asking for help for my friend. This is a scary place to be in and having to worry about paying hospital bills is not something anyone needs to have to go through. I know there are good people that help others, so I'm asking for your help for my friend, please. Whatever you can give will help. I pray for God to meet your needs as you give. Lord, have your way.
