"Help Martha Beat Cancer: Support My Journey to Recovery"

Hello, my name is Martha Vergara and I am 42 years old. I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer on September 28, 2022, which completely changed my life. Before my diagnosis, I was working full-time and pursuing my master's degree in Social Work. However, cancer has turned my world upside down. I am grateful to have my mother (62) and my son (15) by my side, supporting me through this challenging journey.

I have undergone chemotherapy, surgery, and radiation, and although my cancer is currently stable, I continue to fight every day with the hope that one day I will be cancer-free. Throughout this process, I have faced financial challenges due to the medical bills and expenses involved in my treatment.
