Help Marshall Recover from Emergency Surgery

Donation protected
Our sweet boy, Marshall, had a life-threatening medical emergency the last week of August 2025, and we're reaching out for your support. Marshall, a beloved member of our family, underwent an urgent and expensive surgery for GDV (gastric dilatation-volvulus), more commonly known as bloat.

For those who aren't familiar with it, GDV is a condition where a dog's stomach fills with gas and twists on itself. It's incredibly painful and, without immediate surgical intervention, is almost always fatal. Marshall's quick diagnosis and surgery saved his life, but the costs have put an immense financial strain on our family.

The total bill for his emergency surgery, secondary surgery due to complications, and hospital stay is over $15,000. This unexpected expense comes on top of the significant monthly costs we already manage for Marshall's health. Marshall has a long-standing battle with epilepsy, which requires him to take three different medications five times a day to control his seizures.

Despite these challenges, Marshall is a fighter. He's a gentle, loving, and resilient dog who brings so much joy into our lives every single day. We are doing everything we can to ensure he has a smooth and speedy recovery, but we cannot do it alone.

Your donation, no matter how small, will directly help us cover the costs of his surgery and post-operative care. It will allow us to focus on helping Marshall heal without the constant worry of mounting medical bills.

Thank you for considering a donation and for sharing Marshall's story. Your kindness and generosity mean the world to us.

With immense gratitude,

Meghan
