Help A Marshall Fire Victim In desperate need!

Aloha Kind Souls
Please watch my news coverage above if you have not yet done so!
Wanted to post an update and statement of appreciation for all the help received so far - halfway to my donation goal, which really warms my heart and gives me some hope for the future.  Unfortunately donations have slowed down alot so hoping to at least reach my goal. The compassion and kindness of strangers really helps during this tough time. I've been facing and dealing with homelessness after my wonderful tiny  home burned completely.  (It's so crazy when you see your home and all your hard work kind of melted into a pile of hardly recognizable chunks and parts.)  My tiny home was a converted school bus I'd  just recently built myself with some help from my Dad into my mobile home and business. It was a great life living in my little house and it's going to take a lot of time, effort and hard work to try to rebuild it and my apothecary business.

My story's going to be on the news on Channel 7 tomorrow, Saturday, Feb 26, 2022.  A piece will run at 7AM, then another piece at 9AM, then the whole interview will air at 5PM Mountain time. I hope you'll find time to watch! I was interviewed by their reporter to help tell my personal story from the Marshall fire. In that interview a very kind donor really helped out by donating multiple boxes of apothecary supplies. The generous donor decided to downsize her business and graciously downsized  by allocating some supplies to me! So they filmed that exchange and interviewed us both.

So far ai have got some help from. Red Cross,  Sister Carmen and others. But now, my biggest need is for funds to try to recreate my living and working situation. I've found a couple workable buses online but with the initial expense it leaves little funding for the conversion process.  Right now I'm just working on trying to afford the bus itself but am getting close to having enough funds to begin the conversion process. If anyone has any connections to solar panel discounts - that would be very helpful.

Any little bit helps. And would be so graciously accepted......Right now I'm relying on the kindness of neighbors and friends I have not yet met and if I can get some more, I know I can put things back together. Like I said, it will take time, hard work and more money than I have right now, but I'm keeping faith!  I'll keep updating my progress on this page so my generous donors can see how things are moving along.

Original post:
I have been working with Our Front Porch, Sister Carmen, and other organizations after losing home, business and all worldy possessions in the Marshall Fire. It has received nearly 1/2
of the target fundraising goal - this is a huge leap forward towards having something with some semblance to a normal life back! It is a long road ahead and I have had many set backs getting even this far along on this path to recovering financially, emotionally, and reestablishing my source of income and residence... i have to take a moment to thank the extremely kind hearted and considerate people who have helped me get even this far along to being back on my feet -and get the momentum needed to avoid homelessness.  in all honesty I think I could have fallen flat on my face a couple times now without the angels and saints that have taken the time to see me as a person and understand where I am coming from - so you know who you are - And Thanks for all the help so far!. Please send an email to [email redacted] or [email redacted] with any requests or questions (potential donors only please) Unfortunately, I have found it impossible to get any significant financial assistance to replace my home and business as I cannot navigate the red-tape requirements for financial assistance from FEMA or Red Cross so I have been unable to receive any financial assistance from these organizations after jumping through many of their hoops for what has in reality amounted to very little help for me - I know however they have helped others with more traditional residential addresses significantly so they are appreciated in the big picture but have not done alot for my little picture ... I am facing immediate impending homelessness if I am unable to get financial assistance to replace my home and business. The total cost of everything I lost is obviously much more than my donation target, but I feel this amount would be enough to replace the bare minimum needed to get back on my feet and making my own money again. Any assistance that can be provided to help me reach this goal would be sincerely and deeply appreciated and nothing short of a miracle in this rather scary dire moment of need for me. Please help me get my life and home back - currently I am facing homelessness for the first time in my life - And the thought is very frightening and intimidating! So any help at this time would be very much appreciated! PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. If by chance my fundraiser goes over my target I will be donating it to the person who has really championed my cause to help her help others because I have seen she is very good hearted and selfless - possibly to help her pay for some unexpected expenses she encountered setting up a free store for victims and really bending over backwards to help those most in need...
A BIG thank you to my top donor - $777 - you got the idea my friend ;) Thank you again! ALL OF YOU who have helped!
