My name is Marsha, and I am a single parent of two wonderful kids. Right now, I am facing one of the toughest battles of my life: stage 4 breast cancer. Every day brings new challenges, and one of the biggest has been losing my only means of transportation. My car was recently totaled, and because it wasn’t fully covered by insurance, I am now without a vehicle. This has made it incredibly difficult to get to my medical appointments, care for my children, run errands, and simply take care of our daily needs. Relying on others for rides has been stressful and unpredictable, adding to the burden I already carry.

I am hoping to raise enough to purchase a used vehicle that will help me regain some independence and make it possible to get from A to Z. Having reliable transportation would mean the world to me and my kids—it would allow me to focus on my health and well-being, as well as provide for my family, rather than worrying about how we’ll get where we need to go.
