Help Marseya, Ben & Wes Rebuild After Crash

I'm creating this fundraiser on behalf of my close friends-Marseya, Ben, their two-year-old son, and their two younger brothers-who narrowly survived something unthinkable.

On the night of June 21st, a woman under the influence crashed her car into their home at full speed. She tore through the nursery where their toddler was supposed to be sleeping, blew through a supporting wall, and opened up their entire floorplan. The car didn't stop until it nearly reached the living room.

Their baby hadn't gone down for bed yet. If he had, we'd be telling a very different story right now.

But it wasn't just their son at risk. Marseya's 13-year- old brother-who's staying with them for the summer- was in the attached bathroom near the impact. The guest bedroom he was staying in was torn open as well. He was just feet from where the car came crashing through.

Now the family is displaced and staying in temporary housing. The home is unlivable. The nursery and guest room are gone. Their toddler's furniture, toys, clothes- all of it was destroyed. What wasn't broken is now unsafe. The emotional trauma they're processing is immense.

They are doing their best to stay strong for their child and for their younger brothers, but the cost of recovery is overwhelming. Insurance is moving slowly. Legal steps are underway. But this family needs real help now.
