My brother-in-law, Marlon Martinez, was wrongly arrested by ICE on February 22, 2025. He has been in detention ever since. My family and I are spending over a thousand dollars a month to fight this in Immigration Court. We now owe over twenty thousand dollars in fees. We are also making payments for his home and vehicle. We need help with the legal fees so that hopefully he can come home to his family. Marlon did not commit a crime and is legally allowed to be here in the US. He was pulled over for being brown. ICE wants to deport him back to Costa Rica. Marlon does not want to leave his mother, sister, and brother. He has nothing to go back to and will be jobless and homeless if he is deported. Please help us fight ICE and keep a good man here in the US.
