Hi, my name is Maja, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart. My brother Matthew and my father Marlon are both fighting cancer in the Philippines, and we’re asking for help to support them during this difficult time.
Matthew was diagnosed in early 2022 with Hodgkin’s lymphoma and has been undergoing chemotherapy since. He’s a devoted dad to his young children and spends his days helping kids learn and grow through badminton in our small hometown in Dao, Capiz. He now needs a stem cell transplant, and we’re praying he can get the treatment he needs to survive and stay with his children, continuing to inspire the kids he coaches.
My dad, Marlon, was recently diagnosed with cancer that has spread to his liver. He has always been the most loving and supportive person in my life, helping me through everything and even caring for my children whenever I needed him.
Caring for Matthew and Dad has become a financial challenge we cannot face alone. Treatments, medications, and trips to the hospital bring new expenses every day. Any donation, no matter the size, makes a real difference in their care.
Your support gives us hope, keeps our family together, and allows us to focus on healing. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your love, prayers, generosity, and for sharing our story.
