Help Marlin Heal from His Painful Ordeal

My best friend Crystal’s dog Marlin ran away and was gone for five days. When he finally came home, he wasn’t acting right and seemed like he was in pain. She searched his body and found someone had tied a rubber band around his testicles. She immediately cut the band, and when she did, they were barely hanging on. He has now developed gangrene. He is having emergency surgery that’s going to cost $1500. With it being the holidays, she cannot afford this. Please, if you can donate anything, please donate.
