This is Marley Rayne a sweet silly and lovable 8 year old German Shepherd. However she is more than that. . . . She is a family member.

On August 23, 2025 we took Marley to the vet for a lemon sized mass in her chest. She was evaluated and we were told that tests needed to be done and eventually it needed to be removed. On October 28, 2025 Marley was again seen and the lump has doubled in size to about the size of a large grapefruit. An emergency procedure was scheduled for the next morning to biopsy the mass as well as perform X-rays. The results just came in.

Marley has cancer. We have been urged to schedule surgery to have it removed ASAP to avoid spreading.
