Our mom, Marlene Kots, was diagnosed with brain cancer at the end of March of this year. She had a biopsy at the beginning of April, and we found out the type of cancer is glioblastoma, the worst kind. She had brain surgery the next week. During her 5+ hour surgery, she had a stroke, affecting her right side. Mom has been in hospitals and rehab centers since April. She is currently in a rehab facility and undergoing radiation therapy. Mom is doing much better; she is determined to come home.

Now that we’re getting closer to her goal, Dad is facing a financial hardship with getting her a wheelchair, hospital bed, and wheelchair ramp installed, and a revised bathroom to accommodate her needs. As hard as it is to ask for help, Dad would appreciate any and all donations and prayers. We want Mom home with the love of her life, our dad.
