Help Marky Overcome His Car Loss

Hello my name is Marky , and I would really appreciate it if I can get help. I am from Texas and I just moved to CA for better opportunity: I am 21 years old and all my family lives in Texas. CA what I thought would be a better place , where I can get a job and be able to afford my dream car, everything was going well until on July 11, 2025 ; I just got back home from work and parked my car outside my apartment, I was eating dinner when I heard my car turned on. I panic not knowing what to do, so I ran off calling the cops. I was able to track down my car because of the app I have with dodge , and kept updating LAPD about the locations the suspects might be. They found the car, and in the car were two suspects armed: there was a pursuit and suspects wouldn’t stop. Hours later the suspects lost control and hit a light pole, and officers hit my car from behind to stop the suspect from escaping. My car as you can see in the picture is a total loss. Now i will not be able to go to school because i have no car and my school is far, and because i am new to CA and the LA city don't know how can i make it safe home from work since i leave at 11pm and don’t know what bus to take and how long it takes. I would really appreciate if i can get help to fix the damages on my car, anything helps, and may god bless you. Thank you
