Stem Cell Transplant- here we come!!!

Story

Hello friends and family, This is Susan, Mark’s wife, children Jess and Oliver and nephew Stephen. Three weeks ago, our lives were turned upside down when Mark was diagnosed with cancer. Shock, fear, and heartbreak have become regular emotions for all of us, but especially for Mark. We are asking for your support for Mark as he undergoes chemo treatments for Acute Myeloid Leukemia. He is currently at Albany Medical Center, where he is charming all the nurses and trying to stay positive as he always is. He’s got a long battle ahead—a few months of treatments here and then (if he’s lucky enough to find a stem cell match) a transplant in Boston. There will be out-of-pocket expenses that will be difficult for our family. There will be bumps along the way, but Mark is a warrior, and if anyone can beat it, he will. Mark has the best, most generous heart—he has been there for all of us all these years. Please help us show him how much he means to all of us.
