Help Mark to be able to go to physical therapy.
Donation protected
I can't thank everyone that has donated enough, my heart feels so full when I realize how many people care about us. Mark found out last Friday that he will never be able to go back to driving truck, because of the type of stroke he had, his CDL is suspended for five years. So we're scrambling to figure out what his new life in the job world is going to look like. Again, thank you all so very much.
Hi, my name is Ivy and I’m Mark Jones’s wife. Mark had a stroke on November 12, 2022, while at home. At that time, he was driving truck for XPO trucking co. He had been working there just under a year and his insurance and disability was going to start on January first. This meant none of his medical bills were paid and he’s not had a paycheck since November. Mark currently can’t work because he lost the ability to walk during his stroke. He has worked so hard at trying to walk again, he can now walk with only a cane. The problem is, Mark can’t progress much further on his own and each physical therapy session would cost us an 80.00 copay. With our household living off of my small social security income, we already aren’t making our bills, and we simply can’t afford 80.00 one or two times a week.
If it’s at all possible for you to donate, even the smallest amount so Mark can get back to the job he loves, would be appreciated more than you can know. Although Mark is 64, he has no intention of retiring, please help him get back to his dream job.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read this,
