Help Mark Survive the Cold Snap

February help. Winter is not over. The next couple weeks show lows in n the single digits and negative temps. Im trying to get him through this bitter cold winter. Anything you can do to help would be greatly appreciated and a blessing. Im trying to keep Mark warm and safe and I'm praying for spring. This winter needs to be done.
