Update; Thanks everyone I’ve add a new photo with the details of my first of a few visits 

Hello my name is Mark I am a retired veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces As a veteran I am no longer receiving any dental coverage and desperately need a lot of dental work done. I have two broken molars and 2 dead teeth that have to go plus a root canal. There are other teeth that are in need of repair.

So I thought I would add further explanation for the first few years I got out of the army I inquired several times (every time my case manager changed every 6 months) about dental and was told I had no coverage and I just let things go. Just recently I had a friend Jess Street (civi) help me figure out that I did have benefits and I got to go see the dentist once. I was really excited to finally get this major issue of mine resolved. This morning received an email saying  I no longer qualify for any benefits other than those pertaining to injuries I received well serving. 

Update it turns out after a confusing few days with my case manager I will still be receiving benefits in a reduced kind of way thank you all for the money that has been donated it will go to covering the costs above and beyond what Blue Cross covers I greatly appreciate the ability to get all this work done and not have to wait years
