Help Mark Recover from a Serious Accident

Hello I'm Mark Goff from Science Hill KY, on April 1st at the intersection of 27 and 1247 I was involved in a car accident that completely totaled my car my son was with me but is OK but I was hurt pretty badly..

I had to have surgery to fix my wrist which was broken and also have fractures on my T3 and T5 vertebrae and a lower Lombard fracture.

I needs funds to get a car and to pay for trips to Lexington for Dr's visits any help would be appreciated and thank you...
