Help Mark Rebuild After Motorcycle Accident

My name is Mark Enfinger. On April 24th, I was in a motorcycle accident that resulted in severe damage to my left leg, a collapsed atrail chamber in my heart, and a collapsed lung. I've gone through several surgeries on my leg and have now been told that they are going to take my leg above the knee in the next coming week. I have no way to pay my rent and I'm having a lot of difficulties going back and forth to doctor's appointments. I've worked for 30 years, but currently, I'm unable to work. I don't know if I'll ever be able to get back to work as I was, but hopefully, one day I will be able to do something. This has been probably the hardest time of my life emotionally, mentally, and physically. I normally would never ask for help, and I can't believe that I'm actually doing this, but I thank you in advance for any help.
