Many of you know my father, Mark Hoover, was involved in a semi truck accident on September 30, 2024. While making a roadside repair, his semi rolled over him. Video shows he did take

precautions to make sure the truck wouldn’t roll before climbing under it near the dual tires. It is unknown how or why it did.
