Mark and Leslie woke up at 3am on Tuesday morning to a houseful of smoke. It started as most home fires do, from an electrical issue.

They fought the fire, but they lost.

 

The home, and all of their belongings, were destroyed. They made it out with their phones and the clothes on their backs.

 

Unfortunately, their beloved pets, Kitty and Baby, did not survive.

 

There is so much to do, it’s overwhelming to know where to start. They are grieving the loss of their home and pets, and trying to imagine the steps forward.
