Hello, my name is Mark. My wife and I have been moving from hotel to hotel for over a year, trying to keep a roof over our heads. We lost our storage units along the way, and now we’re close to losing our car as well. My wife lost her job in October, and her health has taken a turn for the worse—she has no lower body strength and is waiting to start physical therapy once her insurance comes through. I’m on disability, and my own vision problems make it hard for me to find work, as glasses and surgeries can’t correct my condition.

We’ve faced a lot of tough choices, including surrendering our service animal because it was the best thing for him. Through all of this, we’ve tried to stay hopeful, but it’s been overwhelming at times. I’m new to fundraising and want to be honest about our situation. We’re reaching out because we need help to get back on our feet. Your support would help us secure stable housing, keep our car, and cover medical and therapy needs for my wife.
