Hi, my name is not important but I am raising money for my friend Mark. He is currently homeless and in a wheelchair which caused him to lose his job at Cracker Barrel making $10/hr. He is in a wheelchair and jobless because a Chesterfield Police officer was rushing to a scene without his lights on swerved and hit Mark on the side walk. Naturally, the police aren't taking any kind of responsibility and aren't being held accountable in any kind of way for disabling an already struggling man and further crippling him and his life. Mark already homeless now can't work let alone even make it to work. He has extremely high medical bills and can barely afford to even buy the essentials. In an already difficult time in this world going through Covid-19, I am asking for some humanity and for us to band together to right a wrong imposed upon Mark. Anything helps even prayers, we thank you.
