In multiple myeloma, cancerous plasma cells accumulate in the bone marrow, crowding out healthy blood cells and causing complications such as bone pain, kidney problems, and frequent infections. While there is no cure, treatments can help manage symptoms and slow the progression of the disease. Unfortunately, the cancer treatments will be a lifelong necessity.

Despite these challenges, Mark remains incredibly positive and strong-willed. His resilience and determination help him overcome obstacles every day. Mark has been deeply appreciative of the love and support he has received from everyone.

As you know, Mark's music has been such a gift to us all. As a talented musician, he has brought joy and inspiration to many. Mark has also been incredibly generous and involved in numerous fundraisers, always ready to help others in need. Now, it's time for us to help him.
