Help Mark Mayol Beat the Odds

About a month ago, I received a call from a good friend of mine and a fellow crew member. It was a tough call; he shared with me that he was diagnosed with stage 4 Pancreatic cancer. I almost dropped the phone hearing this news.

Mark has two high-school age daughters and has been married to his wife Ingrid since their college years. I have always admired the devotion he has for his family. Mark tried to create family memories by taking them on trips and adventures.

Mark has always put his family first and delayed his childhood dream of becoming a pilot, so he could provide for his family. Finally, after two career changes and support from his family, Mark had the courage to pursue his dream. In 2018, he landed a pilot job with the company he was extremely proud of.      

What he said on that phone call, struck me to the core: "thank you for all your support helping me get my dream job, but I may not have  enough time to enjoy it". 

I humbly ask for your prayers and financial support for Mark and his family. Please help Mark beat the odds, so he can enjoy his dream job and take his family on many more adventures.
