Help Mark Anthony Bannister II Walk Again

Hi, I'm Mark Anthony Bannister II. I'm in the hospital . It's been almost a month since what happened that put me here. It really felt like an explosive that had happened when I was getting off my bike, but it wasn't a boom; it was a bang. I took three steps, and before I knew it, I was on my back in the middle of the street. I had been shot in my neck. I felt cold and couldn't feel my legs . Friends held pressure to make sure I didn't lose much more blood from what had been lost already. I was then rushed to have surgery done right away. Being asked questions ❓❓, trying to stay awake, but I was tired and wanted to go to sleep. But I was put under to have the doctors do what they do: save me. I woke up with a tube in my mouth keeping me alive because every time I fell asleep, my lungs stopped working. I stopped breathing. The machine kept me alive for about a week until my lungs were working again. Now I'm in the rehab hospital, a few weeks later, working with physical and occupational therapy. Paralyzed in my legs, I can't move them. Now I'm in the wheelchair, trying to get used to my new normal. Please, if you can help me, it would mean the world to me. I really just can't wait to see my dog again. I haven't seen him since I've been in the hospital. Friends are taking care of him. He means the world to me, and I wouldn't be alive without him.
