This is Mark and his dogs, Lucky and his newest rescue. Even though Mark is homeless, he always makes sure his dogs eat before he does. Every time I see them, I’ve helped with food, water, and a little money but it’s not enough.

Mark is a good man who just needs a chance. What he really needs is a safe place to live so he can get back on his feet and find steady work. My hope is that, together as a community, we can raise enough to cover at least 6 months of housing for Mark and his dogs. That would give them stability, a roof over their heads, and the chance for a fresh start.
