Hi, my name is Mark. My daughter, Emily, calls me Faja and I call her Boops. I was laid off from my job a little over two years ago and due to my age, I haven't been able to find work. My wife and I were living in the Northeast but decided to move back to Texas to start over. As it turns out, I haven't been able to find work here either. Thankfully, my wife was able to get a job as she is 10 years younger than me. My heart dies a little more every day not being able to contribute to our family financially. I maintain the household and support her every way I can.

As frustrating as that is, moving back here meant that I had to move away from Boops and I miss her terribly. She and I have decided to try to create work for ourselves via the internet. We have plans for a humorous podcast, a gaming channel where she tries to teach me how to play video games. I am also starting a couple of blogs and I'm halfway through my first novel.

We need help with living expenses and various startup costs for these ventures.
