Hi, my name is Mark, known to my daughter as Faja. She is Emily, known to me as Boops. I'm a 59 year old Gen X-er living in TX and she is a 20 something Millennial living in New York. I think she would agree that she grew up more like a Gen X-er, but she IS a Millennial whether she wants to admit it or not. We both grew up in south Mississippi, but managed to escape.

I was laid off from my job a little over two years ago now and I haven't been able to find work since. I have applied for hundreds of jobs and have had numerous interviews, but haven’t been able to land anything, so Boops and I have decided that we will try to “make” a job for me, unconventionally, via the internet.

We’re working on a humorous podcast and a gaming channel where she will try to teach me how to play video games. That will be hysterical!

For me, I view this project as an opportunity to spend time with my awesome daughter, but I'm guessing she agreed to do this to get me to just shut up about it. I miss her terribly, so I'll take it!!
