Life has taken some unexpected turns for us lately. After being diagnosed with cancer, I was relieved to hear I was in remission, but just three months later, the cancer returned and I am now undergoing chemotherapy again. Throughout this journey, Mark has been my rock, supporting me every step of the way. Unfortunately, while coming home from work, Mark was in an accident that left him unable to work for two months. As if that wasn’t enough, he is now facing his own medical challenges, adding to the stress and uncertainty we feel every day.
Being on disability has made it difficult to keep up with our monthly bills. We are struggling to bring our mortgage current and to cover the basics like gas, electricity, our car note, food, and water. Despite these hardships, my faith has kept me whole, and I am grateful for every blessing we receive. We know that asking for help isn’t easy, but we are reaching out to our community in hopes that you might be able to support us during this difficult time.
Your kindness and generosity would mean the world to us. Thank you in advance for your love, support, and blessings. With heartfelt gratitude, Mark and Alicia.
